Following Michael Vaughan’s I’d mentioned that I think Mick V has a slight resemblance to Gary Oldman. This caused @emclub to promptly respond that he absolutely does not. I disagree, of course. And here is why.
Exhibit A:
Do you see those thin and pressed lips? They are both pale and prudish and they both show signs of a man who couldn’t really punch the ball through the covers but still had a 100% conversion rate in Tests. Hard to guess which lips belong to who, right? Yeah, I know.
And those eyes, those piercing, angry ocean blue eyes? Remember how red those eyes were when Vaughan could no longer be England captain. Of course you do. How sorry did you feel for him? Sad enough to give into a sympathy shag? Yeah, I thought so. Bet you can’t tell whose eyes belong to who.
Exhibit B:
Now you know.
Yes, he might not look exactly like Oldman but there is definitely a slight resemblance. It’s just the nose that sets them aside, really….
