It was revealed on Monday morning that most loved and most popular men of our time, Odi Cricket, had passed away.
It was initially suspected that the death was of his twin brother, Test Cricket, but the autopsy and DNA tests revealed that it was Odi who had passed on.
The cause of death is still unknown but investigators believe that it is due to severe bankruptcy and the general disinterest and abandonment from his friends.
There have been rumours that ODI might have been murdered by his half-brother Twente but this is merely speculation.
A former lover of Odi, Mickey Ponting said that she was sad to hear of the news as he played a big role in her life and rewarded her with many things to be proud of.
To mourn Odi’s death, the South African national side will travel to the Caribbean to play a series of dull and meaningless matches in their pyjamas. We are not exactly sure how many games will be played but we do know that they will be as dull as watching flies eat horse crap while we are all reminded of just how below par the Island folk had become.
This is another pending investigation, it’s rumoured that the large mass collectively known as the South African team sent some shakes through the Caribbean island which unsettled the West Indies side and threw them off their game completely. The large mass has however denied all allegations and a spokesperson said: “The mass is actually not as heavy as people are saying. It’s only about a ton. And that’s really not a lot for those who eat a bucket or ten of KFC a day. We would never be involved in such atrocities, unless there was money involved, of course. No further questions, blood agents”.

If you look at the crowds, you will see that Test matches are in more danger of dying. Especially in India.

Only cause they are being played during the day. Newlands Test matches are always sold out. Always. And every day of the Test match too. Same goes for most of the games on Oz. The crowd in NZ, WI and Ind seem to be dwindling. Also, I find Tests more exciting than Odi’s these days. One day cricket has kinda become the ugly ginger stepchild..
